Refund Policy
Cancellation
We accept the cancellation of an order before the product has been shipped or manufactured. If you cancel the order, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To process the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of a return. There are no restocking fees for consumers.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. You can keep all five bonuses even if you decide to return the product.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us
